Schweinske in Ahrensburg

We used to be here about once a month, because it was mostly due to the good location at the train station or we wanted to watch live football and the food was okay. Unfortunately there was apparently another tenant change, which had a clearly negative effect on the food and the portions. Therefore still well-intentioned 3 stars.

Classic Schweinske, good prices, ok in taste. Price / performance is OK.

The review refers to 3x lunches on the "summer terrace". The beach chairs exude a certain holiday feeling, even if you are sitting directly at the Ahrensburg train station. Prompt operation. Deliciously served delicious food at an excellent price-performance ratio. A few months ago I waited a little longer. The problem seems to be over. Bon Appetit.

Friendly service like in the pork bar so everything is okay!

Our visit from 07/05/2020: It used to be good here in Ahrensburg. Now unfortunately underground ... Splintered milk jugs are served, after complaining the milk is then placed in a coffee mug. One waits forever for the drinks ordered. The staff is extremely overwhelmed even with Corona-few guests - there is no structure in the service. Everyone does everything here and then half-heartedly. Friendliness? Nothing. Were there with 6 people. From now on not again :-( P.S. However, the rolls are significantly better than in 2019.

Food very good, staff but absolutely below average. The staff was also very inattentive and rude. Broken milk jug with sharp edges were placed at the table without hesitation.

Schweinske stops when it comes to food and prices. Received wrong orders from the service several times (on different days). Friendliness and accommodating below average. In the meantime, however, I generally avoid pork skins.

Today on New Year's Day 2020 is the surprise: New staff around noon in Schweinske Ahrensburg. Do not know anybody about it. But that does not spoil the food. As always tasty spicy. I usually associate the Schweinske with hearty lunch for young and old, but I was taught in Ahrensburg for the better. The breakfast with the whole family was just so delicious. The homemade bread rolls are awesome. Many HSV fans started there and then with the train and a full stomach into the stadium. Highly recommended

Monday there to watch football. It was almost everything reserved, but the two ladies had a good grip on occupying the tables and somehow making everyone happy. Unfortunately, they were usually very self-employed and have neglected their core business (drinking).

This Schweinske is located in the old trainstation Building of Ahrensburg. We like the atmosphere with the trains and the old style Building. Schweinske serves simple food with home made fresh buns. Breakfast is served all day long. Legendary is the Schweini, the ultimate answer to the Hamburger - try this or the Rundstück warm. Ist a simple restaurant / pub with good Food drinks for reasonable pricing. Will return. Service is fast and friendly. Reserve on weekends when you come with larger Group for breakfast.
